Made from Thai sugar cane grown without pesticides and distilled in an Armagnac copper still, this rum reflects the artisanal philosophy of the Chalong Baydistillery. Its 24-month ageing in Jerez Brandy barrels – from a prestigious Spanish wine region, a relative of Cognac and Armagnac – creates a subtle alchemy between Mediterranean sweetness and tropical power.

Chalong Bay
It is in Phuket, Thailand that the distillery Chalong Bay was imagined by its two French creators. The sugar cane is harvested by hand and distilled in pot still to obtain a white rum of agricultural type. Then reduced to 40° the rum Chalong Bay is also bottled by hand.
