Chalong Bay Cinnamon Infuse
Thanks to a rare distillation method, this version is subtly infused with cinnamon during the distillation process. This series perfectly embodies the brand's philosophy by combining French distillation craftsmanship with a unique variety of endemic Thai sugar cane.
This cuvée is exclusively made from Thai sugar cane and local cinnamon. Balanced and authentic, Chalong Bay Cinnamon can be enjoyed pure or in cocktails.
The unique climate of the Caribbean accelerates the maturation of rum and highlights its subtle aromas. The Drouin family, renowned producers of calvados for three generations, monitors aging, selections and blends.
Chalong Bay
It is in Phuket, Thailand that the distillery Chalong Bay was imagined by its two French creators. The sugar cane is harvested by hand and distilled in pot still to obtain a white rum of agricultural type. Then reduced to 40° the rum Chalong Bay is also bottled by hand.
