With the desire to bring rum back to the original cradle of sugar cane, the Chalong Baydistillery, created by two young Frenchmen, produces rum exclusively from the first press of a sugar cane endemic to Thailand. Coming from small partner farms where it is grown without chemicals or pesticides, the cane is harvested manually without burning.

The White Spiced marks a new series in the world of Chalong Bay. The spicy and fruity character of this rum is the result of the steam infusion that takes place during the distillation of 9 Thai and Asian ingredients. No additives, no added sugar or flavourings.

It is in Phuket, Thailand that the distillery Chalong Bay was imagined by its two French creators. The sugar cane is harvested by hand and distilled in pot still to obtain a white rum of agricultural type. Then reduced to 40° the rum Chalong Bay is also bottled by hand.
