Chalong Bay Wild Fermentation
New edition of the distillery, this rum is fermented without the addition of yeast and unfiltered. It is therefore in its most natural version that we find Chalong Bay with a rum with creamy aromas. On the nose, cane sugar dominates, with light notes of acetone. On the palate, it is a rum that is creamy, with the vegetal side of the cane reminiscent of olives. The finish is spicier with peppery notes. The alcohol content of 49% awakens these aromas which gain in intensity.

Chalong Bay
It is in Phuket, Thailand that the distillery Chalong Bay was imagined by its two French creators. The sugar cane is harvested by hand and distilled in pot still to obtain a white rum of agricultural type. Then reduced to 40° the rum Chalong Bay is also bottled by hand.
