Bottled after resting in stainless steel vats, this blend of 4 casks reflects the Caroni know-how and personality of Roopnarine Toolsie, who worked for 6 years at the distillery. The state-owned Caronidistillery in Trinidad and Tobago closed in 2002. After 84 years of practice, she leaves behind a few column stills, ironing stills and a few barrels that will give birth to the vintages* that we offer.
