The vision Samaroli

Since its foundation in 1968, the Samaroli house has been committed to revealing the soul of each terroir through exceptional bottlings. True to its philosophy, it offers a subtle interpretation of Trinidad, the result of a meticulous selection and bottled in strictly limited quantities of 234 copies.

A long-maturing rum

Distilled at Trinidad Distillers Limited (Fernandes style) from molasses, this rum has rested for 25 years in ex-bourbon casks, developing a complex and harmonious structure. Its character is distinguished by a profile sometimes reminiscent of whisky, testifying to a slow and refined evolution under the influence of wood.

Tasting notes

The nose opens with scents of dried oranges, saffron and dried apricot, enriched with nuances of Sauternes and rancio. On the palate, tropical fruits — mango, papaya — meet cedarwood, cocoa and tobacco. The long and bewitching finish reveals touches of coffee and noble spices, for a lasting impression of balance and serenity.
