Our tasting notes for 5 years

Nose : Nez discret, d’une grande douceur, plutôt floral avec une pointe fruitée.

Palate : Attaque légère et élégante, avec des notes vanillées en arrière-plan. Il se développe ensuite principalementsur les épices (poivre, gingembre, girofle) qui lui donnent beaucoupde caractère.

Finish : Longue persistance de la finale, où la vanille revient en force.
