Nose : Very delicate with pastry notes. After a swirl in the glass, rancio notes reveal themselves and give this rum a rich and complex aroma.
Mouth : Very smooth and round on the palate, then notes of coconut, herbs de Provence, exotic wood and toasted bread. A long finish which delivers flavors of fresh sugarcane juice and candied fruits.
