An exceptional blend from the Caribbean

This XO rum is the result of a marriage between distillates from Trinidad Distillers and Foursquare Distillery. Thanks to an ageing of at least six years in bourbon barrels, it develops a harmonious structure and a rich aromatic palette, between vanilla sweetness and spicy character.

A greedy and balanced aromatic profile

On the nose, notes of dried banana open the tasting, followed by a creaminess reminiscent of buttered cake batter with touches of cardamom and cream. After aeration, the banana becomes riper and is accompanied by almond, coconut and vanilla, revealing nuances of tobacco and tea.

On the palate, the balance between molasses, cane sugar and spices is elegant. The woodiness is peppery and slightly medicinal, with accents of camphor and liquorice. The texture is silky, while the greediness is expressed with accuracy.

The finish, long and tasty, extends the experience with notes of pastry, candied fruit, molasses and spices, offering a tasting as rich as it is refined.
