Our tasting notes for Dominidad

Nose : Le nez est frais avec des notes d’épices, de céréales, de foin.

Palate : La bouche est ronde, fruitée avec une jolie présence boisée.

Finish : La finale est toute en fraicheur, avec un coté herbacé et la perception d’une pointe d’épices en fin de bouche.

The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
