With such a pedigree, it's easy to see why this Velier Royal Navy is so mesmerizing. It is all the more so because very long after the tasting, the hint of oil that emerges from the bottom of the glass is undoubtedly signed Caroni. However, his two acolytes do not let themselves be deceived, because they are the ones who lead the debates from start to finish of the aromatic and gustatory palette.

The state-owned Caronidistillery in Trinidad and Tobago closed in 2002. After 84 years of practice, she leaves behind a few column stills, ironing stills and a few barrels that will give birth to the vintages* that we offer.
