A legacy of the legendary Caroni distillery

The Caroni - Vintage 1996 - 20 years old Heavy Guyana Stock Kirsch Whisky comes from the mythical Caroni distillery in Trinidad, closed in 2003. Founded in 1918, Caroni is famous for its heavy rums with high esters, once used in the rations of the British Royal Navy. This 1996 vintage is part of the heritage left by this distillery, bottled after 20 years of ageing.

Distilled in 1996 and aged entirely in French Guiana, this rum has benefited from tropical climatic conditions to develop intense aromas and exceptional depth.
