With an average age of 14 years and bottled at Navy Strength (57.18 °) in tribute to the British Navy, it shines by its power and exuberance. The nose is marked by esters, the mouth, meanwhile, tends on citrus fruits and jammy exotic fruits. In the finish, we find woody notes, chocolate, spices and heady flowers giving this blend a striking complexity.

Our tasting notes for

Nose : Intense et racé. Banane Plantin, agrumes, amande, noix de muscade.

Palate : Vive et boisée. Vanille, oranges confites, ananas rôti, fleurs (iris).

Finish : Persistante et délicate. Badiane, réglisse, cacao, feuilles de tabac, fruits secs.

The state-owned Caronidistillery in Trinidad and Tobago closed in 2002. After 84 years of practice, she leaves behind a few column stills, ironing stills and a few barrels that will give birth to the vintages* that we offer.
