After the 35-year-old Hampden, the association between Corman Collins and the world-famous bar The Auld Alliance is repeated with a Caroni, this mythical distillery in Trinidad and Tobago, now closed. Distilled in 1999 in the Caroni distillery, this rum was aged on site until 2002 in bourbon casks, then 17 years in the climate of the United Kingdom.
