Distilled in 2008, aged in ex-Bourbon casks and then refined for 5 months in ex-Amontillado casks (a variety of sherry), the rum made in Trinidad & Tobago is bottled in 2020. This finish in an ex-Amontillado cask will further open up the aromatic palette of this rum.

An open nose with notes of burnt wood and dried vanilla. A supple attack on the palate that quickly tightens, revealing aromas of tobacco, cigar box and liquorice in the middle of the palate. A long and pleasant finish with a note of dried fruit.
