This Caroni is a blend of 6 barrels (1247 bottles), all aged 100% in tropical climate in Trinidad until October 2019 before being placed in stainless steel tanks. This Full Proof bottling has a share of angels greater than 85%.

The state-owned Caronidistillery in Trinidad and Tobago closed in 2002. After 84 years of practice, she leaves behind a few column stills, ironing stills and a few barrels that will give birth to the vintages* that we offer.
