Our tasting notes for

Nose : vanille, crème caramel, noix de muscade et cannelle, une petite note de clou de girofle, café et de boisé.

Palate : Noyau d'abricot, gousse de vanille,soulignement d'une de miel, de la cannelle et de bois toasté (échange avec l'intérieur des fûts de chêne).

Finish : Longue et persistante sur une finale gourmande et épicé. Belle longueur sur la noix de muscade et le miel.
