Created in 2019 in Mougins, the Famille Ricci has quickly established itself in the art of blending and maturing exceptional rums. For this first cuvée in the Influences range, she combines the elegant and balanced style of Trinidad with the aromatic power of Jamaica. Distilled in columns and pot stills, these rums are then sublimated by a complex ageing.

Matured in several barrels for a unique aromatic richness

This rum rested in Bourbon, Cognac and Pineau des Charentes Blanc barrels, before being finished in new oak barrels. This multiple maturation gives it a beautiful depth, with toasted and woody notes that are accompanied by accents of leather and cigar. An elegant and sophisticated profile that will appeal to lovers of rums with character.
