Matured first in a tropical climate and then in a continental climate, this rum spent 17 years in a bourbon cask in Trinidad & Tobago before continuing its maturation in France in the cellars of Maison Ferrand for four years, two of which were completed in a Cognac Ferrand 10 Générations cask.

With an ester content of 325 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol, this Plantation is extremely expressive and ethereal. Its palette of flavours and aromas, which takes its rhythm from exuberant floral and fruity sequences, is the antipode of the Plantation Fiji 2007 also found in this creation catalogue of LMDW.
