Matugga Spiced Rum
An artisanal rum between Africa and Scotland
Distilled in Scotland by the house of Matugga, this spiced rum embodies the fusion of cultures. Created by Paul and Jacine, a passionate couple, it draws its uniqueness from its selection of spices including cardamom, cinnamon, black tea, ginger, cloves and vanilla.
A surprising and balanced aromatic profile
Its amber colour with mahogany reflections precedes a nose combining honey, orange blossom and raisins. On the palate, its creamy texture reveals notes of mandarin, liquorice and black pepper. The lingering finish surprises with a subtle accord of vanilla and strawberry, adding a gourmet touch to this refined blend.
