From the first nose, this rum reveals a dominance of cinnamon and cardamom, associated with pastry notes reminiscent of frangipane and cinnamon rolls. Vanilla adds extra roundness, while accents of lemongrass and ginger enhance its aromatic character, reminiscent of a revisited Dark and Stormy .
A rich and gourmet palate
On the palate, the soft and sweet attack quickly gives way to a bouquet of intense spices. Cinnamon and cardamom dominate, while woody and caramelized nuances bring depth. The finish extends this spicy experience with a touch of pepper and cola, leaving a tasty and lingering imprint.

Even before he obtained his title of "Professor", Cornelius Ableforth was already an innovator with a touch of madness. He dreamed of running a large laboratory filled with beakers, test tubes, plants and spirits. Thus, in the fall of 2011, his dreams came true with the release of his "Bathtub Gin". The tireless professor now continues to create everything he can imagine, whether it is a cold-distilled absinthe with an alcoholic strength of 91.2% or a gin aged in barrels and lately several rums, from heavy to navy through XO.
