St. George California Reserve Rum
Immediately after harvest, the sugarcane stalks are shipped here for the distillery, where they extract the fresh cane juice by sending the canes by hand into a sugarcane crusher. The freshly squeezed juice is then fermented and distilled in a small session in their 500-litre still .
