A tribute to Cajun traditions
Inspired by Louisiana's Acadian heritage, this rum features the Cajun spice blend, which is widely used in local cuisine. Infused with care, it offers a subtle aromatic palette, without excess spices, favouring elegance and greed.
A balanced flavour profile
On the nose, notes of caramel and toasted wood are reminiscent of maple syrup, while vanilla blends discreetly with nutmeg. After aeration, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg blend harmoniously into a soft and warm base.
A dry and spicy palate
The attack is relatively dry, giving way to a powdery texture where cinnamon dominates, accompanied by woody touches and buttered caramel. The light, pastry finish evokes a cinnamon roll, offering a smooth and comforting experience.
