In 2013, Ti Ced' sculpted his first masterpiece aged in old Cognac barrels. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Vanilla Macadamia Nuts taste symphony, the Ti Ced' setting stages a sumptuous double aging for its Martinican AOC rum: a 6-month escapade in the remains of Cognac, followed by a 4-month adventure in Whiskey relics, in partnership with the Irish house Teeling.
