The fusion range is composed of natural ingredients. Spices and tropical fruits are harvested in the orchards of the property, cleaned and if necessary cut before being dried at low temperature. They are then added to 40% white rum and infused for at least 1 month.

Once infused, the rum is filtered, sweetened by the addition of cane sugar syrup and finally bottled.


The union of Arabica coffee and vanilla from the estate gives this rum a complex aromatic palette where the intensity of coffee and the sweetness of vanilla blend harmoniously.

Formerly Rhumerie de Mascareignes, Le domaine de Labourdonnais was founded in 1771 and houses a castle, now converted into a museum. Located in Mapou this distillery uses fresh cane juice for the creation of these rums.
