The fusion range is composed of natural ingredients. Spices and tropical fruits are harvested in the orchards of the property, cleaned and if necessary cut before being dried at low temperature. They are then added to 40% white rum and infused for at least 1 month.

Once infused, the rum is filtered, sweetened by the addition of cane sugar syrup and finally bottled.

This vanilla rum offers a perfect balance between the power of our agricultural rum and the vanilla grown on the estate. From this union results a gourmet rum with a sweet flavor. To consume on ice or in cocktail.

Formerly Rhumerie de Mascareignes, Le domaine de Labourdonnais was founded in 1771 and houses a castle, now converted into a museum. Located in Mapou this distillery uses fresh cane juice for the creation of these rums.
