Our tasting notes for Venezuela 12 years (Distillerie C.A.D.C) Brut de barrel

Nose : des effluves de fruits mûrs et exotiques émanent de ce rhum, avec des arômes plus doux comme le caramel mais encore de la cire d’abeille ou de la gelée royale

Palate : la bouche, quant à elle, libère des arômes plus végétaux et charnus

Finish : c’est le cuir et la torréfaction qui nous guide vers le sous-bois, la forêt et ses champignons

Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France.
