Our tasting notes for Venezuela 12 years (Distillerie C.A.D.C)

Nose : un nez sur le sous-bois après une chaude nuit d’été pluvieuse, les aromes sucrés comme le caramel mou et le fudge nous donnent l’eau à la bouche

Palate : à la dégustation, ce sont le café et la vanille qui ressortent avec un chocolat fondant

Finish : la note finale est sur la vanille d’un fût de Bourbon, fraichement vidé
