Distilled in 1996, bottled in February 2011 from 5 barrels aged 15 years in tropical climate. Recognizable by its orange and uncluttered label; In tribute to Yesu Persaud, who owes his name to him because born in the Diamond plantation (Former estate and rum distillery of Guyana). This rum is a demerara because distilled with water from the Demerara River in French Guiana.
