Bottled by myself at the Domaine (whith whom I do distill every year with them), I was impressed by this one : On the palate we do have spiced duck with ginger sauce, library lined with antique books, velvet riding jacket, leather crop on an oak mantelpiece, pomanders made of oranges pierced with cloves and star anise.
