Nikka Coffey Vodka
Both sweet and rich, the first nose is marked by notes of cashew nuts, liquorice, mint and raspberry. On aeration, it evolves with distinction on freshly cut grass, almond and citrus (lemon). Then, coriander, coconut milk and lychees come to the highlight. Rather lively, the attack in the mouth returns to the dried fruits (date, almond) while some very sweet spices give it a lot of dynamism (cinnamon, cardamom). Very herbaceous, the finish also evokes a very ripe pear. In the aftertaste, the sweetness of corn and the granular character of malted barley are perfectly transcribed.
