Copalli

Copalli Rum is an organic and ethical rum distilled sustainably in the heart of the Belize rainforest. Produced only from three ingredients from the surrounding rainforest: sugar cane, pure water and yeast, Copalli Rum has nothing to hide.

Produced from A to Z in southern Belize, it feeds on its exceptional and protected environment.

From distillation to bottling, barrelling and aging, nothing is left to chance to obtain a rum of exceptional quality.

Copalli was born from the passion shared by its founders for the protection of the environment and the rainforest: Will Maheia and Todd Robinson. Between his farm, distillery and lodge, Copalli is the largest employer in South Belize.

Copalli supports local communities by providing grants for the education of local children and promoting environmental protection in each of its actions.
