DHG is above all the story of an encounter between a place and men. Located at an altitude of 900 meters in the TriĂšves mountains, in the heart of the French Alps, this distillery is one of the few in the world to produce certified organic (AB) whiskies from start to finish. She shares this desire to offer with simplicity unique flavors and sensations by combining past, present and future.

A unique mastery and respect for products

The cereals used to make whiskies are harvested, processed and distilled on site, allowing the distillery to control the production chain from start to finish. The whiskies are made from a particular technique of brewing, long fermentations, double distillation over a wood fire and are aged only in French oak barrels.

The Domaine develops and develops its range of whiskies with respect for the earth, people and especially time. The work of the land and the transformation follows a gentle, natural and sustainable approach that is long-term and forward-looking.
