Independent bottler of Calvados, Trente et Quarante was created in 2015 by three enthusiasts whose mission is to explore these unjustly forgotten terroirs. Tirelessly crisscrossing the region, they hunt for the best barrels from the most famous producers. Their blends mixing several eaux-de-vie from different terroirs and distillations offer new expressions of Calvados, rich and original. The most exceptional barrels are marketed in the form of exclusive "single cask" bottlings to preserve their documentary value as much as possible.

This bold approach is supported by a rigorous process for selecting and classifying spirits. Trente et Quarante thus offers a transversal mapping of Calvados supported by a range that highlights the four key stages of the birth of a great eau-de-vie: cider making, distillation, aging and blending.
