Produced according to traditional methods passed down for more than six generations, this rum illustrates the expertise of the Goslings house. Its ageing in the unique climate of Bermuda gives it a beautiful roundness and a refined aromatic palette.
A delicate and structured aromatic profile
On the nose, it opens with light aromas of lemon and fresh wood, evolving into notes of caramel, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate, its fluid and silky texture gives way to a gradual rise of spices and chilli, balanced by nuances of cane sugar and damp wood. The finish, light and vanilla, leaves a pleasant sensation, enhanced by a persistent spicy touch.
