The « Relais colis » service, with its 14'000 relay spots in mainland France, allows you to have your packages delivered near your home at lower costs.

Transport Insurance

Free insurance

We are the only ones to offer you FREE transport insurance for shipping your goods. Your order is insured against all damages throughout it’s’ transit by an insurance plan which we subscribe to for all of your parcels.

Optional insurance

In case of loss, we replace your package with a replacement package the same day or we will reimburse you immediately if stocks do not allow it. The insurance is to be subscribed at the time of validating your cart. Read more

Tracking your order with Chrono Relais

Ensure you have your tracking number, this number was sent to you via email. Your tracking number is also available in your client space under the « my orders » tab. You can track your package on the www.chronopost.fr website. An SMS will be sent to you to notify you that your package has arrived. You will also receive an email informing you that your package in now available at the Relais point. Be sure to track your parcel on the www.chronopost.fr website. If you do not receive anything in the 72/96hrs after your order has been confirmed, the mobile number you provided to us may be incorrect.

Retrieving your order

To facilitate the process, please do not forget to present proper documentation and a piece of ID when picking up your order from the relais point. . You have 4 to 7 days after the package is available at the relay point or pickup station to pick it up. If your order will be picked-up by a third party, be sure to provide them with a letter and a piece of your ID, this will enable them to retrieve your order in your place. Requirements for the carrier: the product or products that have been ordered must be in stock. The order must be made before 3pm and paid for using a bank card in order to ensure delivery before 1pm the next day.
