Our tasting notes for Guadeloupe Rum Vieux Bottling 2016

Nose : organique, floral, mais aussi fleuri, avec des notes d'anis, de fleur d'oranger et le zeste d'orange, le thé vert. Un soupçon empyreumatique.

Palate : Herbal, encore une fois avec des notes marquées de thé très sucré (vert et noir). Intense, avec des notes moussues et épices indiennes. Clou de girofle et bergamote.

Finish : Belle finale sur un doux réglisse et anis, avec une progression sur un poivré délicat.
