Nose : Salin avec des notes d'olives vertes, de la menthe et un soupçon de truculence.

Palate : Intense mais pas agressif, il montre immédiatement les mêmes notes iodées et d' olives vertes, une bouche très gourmande.

Finish : La douceur de la canne à sucre compense les notes salées. Une finale très minéral.
