The aging in oak barrels at altitude, brings a slow maturation of the eaux-de-vie that contributes to the balance that makes Tierra Madre a great rum, fruity, honeyed, with delicate woody.

Our tasting notes for Tierra Madre

Nose : Sugar cane, vanilla and fresh crushed spices. On the second nose tropical fruits and light spices.

Palate : An harmony of pepper, flowers and fruits (guava jelly, dark banana, yellow plum); long finish with vanilla and peppers.
