A rum of history and commitment: Silver Seal - 2002 Demerara vintage (Enmore)

Distilled in 2002 at Diamond, this rum showcases the legendary Coffey column in Enmore wood, a symbol of unique craftsmanship. This cuvée comes from a limited series of only 840 bottles, testifying to precision craftsmanship. It was bottled by Silver Seal, a house founded in 2000 by Ernesto Mainardi and taken over by Massimo Righi in 2010. A portion of the profits supports the Rock No War! for Zimbabwe, adding a dimension of solidarity to this rare elixir.

A distillation steeped in heritage

The rum comes from the Coffey columns made of Greenheart wood, transferred from the Enmore distillery to Diamond after the former closed in 1994. These historic columns, designed in 1880, embody a tradition that combines innovation and respect for raw materials for incomparable purity.
