Distilled in the year 2000 in the legendary Diamond Estate, this unique rum has benefited from historical know-how. Diamond, the only distillery still in operation in French Guiana, preserves ancestral methods by using its famous "Heritage Stills", including the mythical wooden stills Versailles, Port Mourant and Enmore. This rum, bottled by The Nectar in 2017, is a marvel that captures the essence of the Demerara region and its 16 years of maturation.
