The tasting is bluffing and without any hesitation, the Gus'ts decide to bottle this barrel. This rum, aged entirely in the tropics in an ex-Caroni barrel, initially offers a degree of 67.8. It seems that the alccol "conceals" some aromas. After various tests, the Gus't decided to reduce it to 46°.
