Our tasting notes for North
Nose : notes d'allumettes frottées, suggérant l'imminence d'une éruption volcanique, algues marines.
Palate : à son degré d’alcool d’origine, l’attaque aussi explosive que brûlante, intense et fumée, évoque une puissance volcanique brute, celle-là même qui donna naissance à la chaîne des "Black Cuillins", dont la silhouette déchiquetée domine l’île de Skye.
Finish : huileuse, médicamenteuse et poivrée.
