The Irishman

The day the entrepreneurial couple opened their distillery, Royal Oak (County Carlow, south-west Dublin), the work of a lifetime. Let's take a step back. When Bernard Walsh and his wife decided to launch their own brand in 1999, Irish whiskey was not doing well.
