Rom De Luxe Wild Series No. 26 - Long Pond 16 years old 2005
Rom de Luxe has a weakness for Jamaican rum and especially for this distillery. So when they discovered a rum that was 28 years old, there was no doubt that it was a rum for fans of the Danish independent bottler.
In fact, we are in the presence of a Hampden distilled and casked in 1993, after a tropical and continental ageing, i.e. 28 long years, the rum is bottled at 57.7% without filtration, reduction or addition of sugar. There will be a total of 121 bottles for the world!

In the depths of Denmark, an innovative trio birthed "Rom De Luxe", a daring bottler. In 2016, Claus Andersen, in collaboration with Thomas Nielsen and Lasse Bjørklund, embarked on this thrilling journey. But like all great tales, characters shift: today, Michael Ginnerup and Kim Pedersen have taken up the torch, replacing Thomas and Lasse.
