New Yarmouth Estate, the mythical distillery located in the parish of Clarendon, a stone's throw from the Clarendon distillery and the Monymusk Sugar Factory. NYE has both pot and column stills and is said to be the production plant for Wray & Nephew overproof as well as several mixing components that could end up in Appleton and various other products. No matter how secret the owners are, all information is scarce, and any independent bottling is even rarer.

To date, no one has walked in, but for the first time, we have released a brand from the distillery that only a few previously owned: NYE/HM, the latest Warehouse #1 Overproof rum. This heavy and fruity MARK reaches the Jamaican standard at 63% with an ester count of 500-700gr/hl ap. Although we are not sure, rumor has it that the fermentation is long, open with dunder/muck used in the process.
