This agricultural white rum is made from the fresh juice of sugar cane harvested in Martinique. Grinding, fermentation, distillation at a low degree (70°) to preserve a maximum of aromas. The powerful aromas exalt the fresh, floral, lemony and vegetal notes of the different varieties of sugar cane that compose it.

Rhum Transat

Produced in one of the most prestigious and ancient distilleries in northern Martinique, Le Rhum Transat is distilled in two traditional Creole-style copper columns. Rum is only 72% distilled to preserve all the aromatic richness of sugar cane.
