This is the first batch for the distillery of Saint Aubin, it is an XO, ie 6 years of minimum age .. Originally, it is a white rum distilled in copper potstill (still), made from pure cane juice. This time it is a blend of new French oak barrels and ex-cognac. 3,517 bottles were produced, all equally numbered.

Located on the rolling slopes of southern Mauritius, La Plantation de Saint Aubin has been cultivating sugar cane since 1819. Its name comes from one of its first owners, Pierre de Saint Aubin.
