The RON de JEREMY Holy Wood Collection is true bottled history, containing three barrels from the Uitvlugt distillery in Guyana closed since 1999 The rums were distilled in an andent Double Wooden Pot Still. 

This unique copper necked still creates heavy bociied, very flavourful and deeply aromatic rums. Holy Wood Collection - Malt Whiskey Barrel was distilled in 1997 and matured for two years in American Oak previously used for Bourbon. It was ftlled into a single Malt Whiskey barrel in Europe in 2000 and matured for another 18 years creating a completely unique taste profile
