The rums were distilled in an ancient Double Wooden Pot Still. This unique copper necked stiil creates heavy bodied, very flavourful and deeply aromatic rums. Holy Wood Collection - Cognac Barrel was distilled in 1997 and matured for two years in American Oak previously used for Bourbon. It was filled into a single Cognac barrel in Europe in 2000 and matured for another 18 years creating a completely unique taste profile. Only 294 Bottled at cask strength 51%

Ron de Jeremy is the pseudonym of the famous Ronald Jeremy Hyatt, American actor, director and producer of adult films. If Italy has its Rocco, America has its Jeremy. The Reserva and Spiced rums are assembled by the famous 72-year-old Master Rum Maker, Francisco "Don Pancho" Fernandez.
